Coffee in the Wild at Peavine.
Mike and I recorded from a new coffee shop in the area that opened up at the food court in the mall. It was kind of an interesting place and the service was excellent. We talked about the poor service that led me to seek out Peavine in the first place, then moved on to brewing methods, the ceremony of coffee, and how it relates to the warrior culture.
Mike reviewed the Filtron Cold Brew method, we continued our obsession with Blue Bottle Coffee, and a drop of water tared my Hario scale. During the editing process of this episode, I accidentally deleted half of it when Garageband unexpectedly quit on me. The audio was on the clipboard and I wasn’t able to recover it. Such is life and I learned a valuable lesson- copy don’t cut.
