Mike shared a Coffee Experience from Peavine Coffee in Prescott, AZ where he asked Tori, the owner, to pull the shot for his Americano, scrape the crema off the top, and then add the hot water. This stemmed from a video by the Coffee Legend Jim Seven’s video for Coffee Hack: Better Americano. I talked about my experience visiting Yellow Leaf Coffee Drive Thru and how they had to close for parking lot finishing. This was totally outside their control, as they rent the land they’re on. But what could they have done better or different that we could learn from this loss of business. They lost several days of heavy business due to the closure.
