Great stuff. Great ideas. Great projects to start working on. Tim Wendelboe serves different coffees in different coffee cups to get the best flavors out of them. Wouldn’t different brew methods pull out different flavors form different coffees to give you the best cup? Could it be possible to dial n a batch brewer to get the best flavors out of each coffee if that method doesn’t bring the flavors out of it very well?
