In Episode 12 of the Daily Ristretto, I talked about the customer service lessons we can learn from the removal of a passenger off of a United flight. Having recently both traveled for coffee and having been ‘oversold’ coffee, I thought a quick reference would be appropriate. There were many voices that gave opinions in the travel industry to United’s troubles, and I wasn’t trying to get click bait. That’s why United isn’t in the title of this Daily Ristretto.
