In Episode 109 of the Daily Ristretto, I talked about using the Fellow Stagg X Dripper to brew a naturally processed coffee directly onto ice. It was a little older coffee, but it was awesome. Great flavors. I went a little more fine on the grind, and went with a 15-1 ratio with 20 grams of coffee and 150 grams of ice and 150 grams of water.
I also spent some time making a lot of cold brew. I previously used a 10-1 ratio, and I made a little change to 6-1 because I wanted it a little stronger than previously made. I also want to compare the French Press method and the jar method with the BRUW device. The BRUW device has been challenging to use, but I think I may have the secret down now.
Also, I want to use a GaryVee idea that quality is in the eye of the beholder. That was inspired by the most recent Cat & Cloud Podcast.
